Signing up for Erasmus+

Olá a todos! Hoje venho falar-vos do processo de inscrição em Erasmus!
Ainda não vos disse mas o meu destino
será Roterdão (Holanda) onde irei viver durante 5 meses. Esta não foi a minha
primeira opção mas já não haviam vagas na mesma (Praga,
República Checa).
Não fiquei nada desiludida, pois há
imenso tempo que queria ir à Holanda e vi aqui uma grande oportunidade para o
fazer. O único “senão” é mesmo o elevado custo de vida, pois apesar de ter bolsa
de estudos Erasmus, tal como todos os estudantes deste programa, esta bolsa não
cobre todos os custos. No meu caso nem sequer cobre o alojamento. O seu valor
depende do custo de vida de cada país.
Durante este processo apenas tive de fazer uma inscrição online, depois disto, uma entrevista com as responsáveis deste programa, da minha escola.

Após ter sido aceite pela Rotterdam
University of Applied Sciences, sucedeu-se o preenchimento de vários
documentos, como o Learning Agreement e o Contrato Erasmus+ sempre com o apoio
da responsável do programa Erasmus do IPS. O Learning Agreement é o documento
onde fica estipulado a que cadeiras teremos equivalência. Felizmente consegui
ter equivalência a todas, o que me motivou ainda mais. Para além disto ainda tive de realizar um teste para avaliar os meus conhecimentos ao nível da língua falada no destino para o qual vou. No meu caso foi inglês, pois vou ter aulas nesta lingua.
Este, para mim foi um processo longo e
até um pouco chato, devo confessar, mas penso estar finalmente terminado,
apesar dos que terei de preencher após o meu regresso. De qualquer forma, existem alguns aspetos que eu penso que variam de escola para escola, nomeadamente os critérios de seleção, pois eu tive de passar por uma entrevista mas, segundo me disseram, não é assim em todas as faculdades.

Hello everyone! Today I'll tell you about the Erasmus application process!
I haven't told you yet but my destiny will be Rotterdam (Netherlands) where I will be living for 5 months. This was not my first choice but there were no more spots in my first option (Prague, Czech Republic).
I was not disappointed, for I had wanted to go to Netherlands for a long time and I saw a great opportunity to do so. The only "snag" is the high cost of living because, despite having an Erasmus scholarship, like all students in this program, this scholarship does not cover all costs. In my case it does not even cover the accommodation. The value of it depends on the cost of living of each country.
After being accepted by the Rotterdam University of Applied Sciences, several documents, such as the Learning Agreement and the Erasmus + Contract, were always filled out with the support of the person responsible for the Erasmus program of the Polythecnic Institute of Setúbal. The Learning Agreement is the document where it is stipulated to which subjects we will have equivalence. Fortunately, I was able to match all of them, which motivated me even more.
This, for me, was a long and a bit boring process, I must confess, but I think it is finally finished, despite what I will have to fill after my return.
Anyway, there are some aspects that I think that vary from school to school, as the selection criteria, because I had to go through an interview but, I've been told, it is not the same in all schools.
